This page lists every public page on koishine.com and explains how the shop is organised, so that you can find a keepsake, a policy or an answer without searching. The list directly below updates automatically as pages are added. Collections appear in it once they contain keepsakes; until then, you can reach every collection through the links in the sections that follow.

How the shop is organised
Koishine sells personalised keepsakes and home decor. Every product belongs to a collection by type, describing what the piece is, and many also belong to a collection by moment, describing what it is for. You can start from either side. The main menu at the top of every page has the same structure: Keepsakes for the types and Moments for the occasions, followed by About and Contact. On a phone, open the menu with the button in the top left corner; the search field at the top of the menu searches every product.
Keepsakes by type
- Acrylic Photo Frames: a single photo printed onto clear acrylic, in standard photo sizes from 4×6 to 8×10 inches, portrait or landscape, standing on a base.
- Ornaments: photo and name ornaments in clear acrylic or birch wood, finished with a ribbon or cord, sized for a tree branch.
- Memorial Gifts: frames, remembrance ornaments and small plaques for a name, the dates of a life and a few words of your own.
- Holiday Decor: Christmas pieces, seasonal displays and decorations personalised with a family name or a year.
- Home Decor: name signs, photo plaques and desk pieces designed to stay out all year.
Keepsakes by moment
- In memory: keepsakes for remembering someone, chosen to be calm and plain.
- Holidays: pieces that come out once a year and gather stories.
- Family: frames and ornaments with every name, gifts for grandparents and pieces for a new home.
- Pets: portrait frames, paw-print ornaments and pet memorial pieces.
- New baby: birth announcement frames, first-year displays and first-Christmas ornaments.
- Wedding & Anniversary: frames, plaques and ornaments built around two names and one date.
The full catalogue is on the Shop page, where you can sort by newest or by price.

Common journeys through the site
Ordering a memorial frame
Open Moments in the menu and choose In memory, or go straight to Memorial Gifts. Choose a design, then read the Size Guide if you are unsure between sizes. If the piece is needed for a service or a date, check the timings on Shipping & Delivery or write to us before ordering. After ordering, you have 24 hours to correct any detail.
Sending a gift to someone else
Choose the keepsake and enter the recipient’s address at checkout as the delivery address, with your own details for billing. The tracking emails come to you. If anything arrives damaged or not right, the recipient can contact us directly; the Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how.
Choosing a first-Christmas or family ornament
Start at Ornaments, or at New Baby Gifts for a first Christmas. Photo ornaments suit a close portrait; name ornaments suit a family name and year. The FAQs explain how text is printed and how many names fit.
Checking on an order
Use Order Tracking with your order number and email. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, the same page explains what to do next.
Fixing a mistake in an order
Within 24 hours, follow Cancel or Change an Order, or open a “Change order” ticket from Submit a Ticket. After delivery, the returns policy covers exchanges with corrected text.
Returning a keepsake
Read the Returns & Exchanges Policy, then open a “Return or exchange” ticket. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid label. The Refund Policy explains when the money arrives.
Ordering a pet keepsake
Go to Moments, then Pets, or open Pet Keepsakes. A clear daylight photo with the pet’s face filling most of the picture works best; the Size Guide explains which sizes suit a sitting or a lying pet. Pet memorial designs are in the same collection and in Memorial Gifts.
Asking a question before you order
Open a “Question before ordering” ticket from Submit a Ticket and attach your photo at full size. Tell us the design you are considering and where the keepsake will be displayed. We reply within 1 business day with a recommendation, and we will say so plainly if a different size or design would suit your photo better.
Reading our policies before you buy
If you like to know the rules first, read in this order: Shipping & Delivery for timing, Cancel or Change an Order for the correction window, Returns & Exchanges and the Refund Policy for what happens if the piece is not right, and the Privacy Policy for how your photos are handled.
Key facts and where they are explained

| Return postage | Free, prepaid label | Returns & Exchanges |
| Refund timing | Within 7 calendar days of approval | Refund Policy |

Which page to read when two seem similar
- Returns & Exchanges or Refund Policy? Returns & Exchanges explains the process of sending a piece back or swapping it. The Refund Policy explains the money: how much, to which account and how quickly.
- Contact Us or Submit a Ticket? Contact Us explains how we work and where questions are answered. Submit a Ticket opens an email with the right subject for your topic.
- Help Center or FAQs? The Help Center is organised by topic, with troubleshooting steps. The FAQs are short answers to individual questions.
- DMCA or Intellectual Property? The DMCA page is for copyright notices. The Intellectual Property Policy covers trademarks, designs, likeness and how you may use our content.
Searching the shop
The search field in the header, and at the top of the mobile menu, searches every product by name and description. Short searches work best: “memorial”, “ornament”, “baby”, “dog” or “5×7”. On collection pages you can sort products by newest or by price, and the number of items in the collection is shown above the grid.
Pages you will not find in this list
A few pages exist only to complete an order or manage an account, and are not listed here or offered to search engines: the cart, the checkout and the account pages. You reach them through the cart and account icons in the header. Their content is personal to you, so they are never shown to anyone else, and they ask search engines not to index them.
Collections that do not yet contain any keepsakes are also left out of the automatic list at the top of this page and out of the search-engine sitemap, so that nobody arrives at an empty page from a search result. They remain reachable through the menu and the links above, and they appear automatically as soon as they hold their first piece.
Moving around on a phone or with a keyboard
On a phone, the menu button opens a panel with the search field and the full menu; collections inside Keepsakes and Moments open with the arrow beside each heading. The cart icon shows how many items are in your cart. With a keyboard, the Tab key moves through links in reading order, and every link and button shows a visible outline when it is selected. If any part of the site is difficult to use, write to us and we will help you complete your order by email.
If a link does not work
We check the links on this site regularly, but if you find one that does not work, or a page that does not say what you expected, please tell us at support@koishine.com with the address of the page. We fix broken links as soon as we hear about them, and we update this page and the menu whenever a new collection or support page is added.
For search engines and other tools
Search engines can find an up-to-date list of every public page in the machine-readable sitemap at /wp-sitemap.xml. That file and this page list the same public pages. Pages we do not want indexed, such as the cart and checkout, are excluded from both.
